I’ve been a driving instructor since 2015 and wish I had discovered this career decades earlier. I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life and helping them to gain their drivers licence.
It’s a privilege and a pleasure to support students to develop from nervous beginners to safe and confident drivers who enjoy their driving experience. For some it can be life changing as it provides independence and promotes self belief - it’s great to be a part of that.
Students find me patient, persistent and easy going. I aim to explain the how and why behind driving test requirements so that students understand why they have to do the things asked of them. My aim is not just to get them through the test, but to equip them to drive well and safely for life. I’m married with two grown up children. I try to keep fit and love the outdoors.
