Dharmender Singh is an excellent, patient and very professional instructor from Best West Driving School. I did 2 lessons with him before my PDA and he explained everything clearly and made me feel confident and well-prepared. I did not pass on my first attempt, but that was entirely my own mistake and not his fault at all. He is a good teacher and I am truly grateful for his help. I highly recommend him to anyone. I have been with several instructors and due to my anxiety, not many have been helpful but Dharmender was incredible!!!
His energy, understanding and the way he spoke/taught was everything !

We couldn’t recommend Mike highly enough as a manual driving instructor! He was incredibly patient, supportive and understanding with Jack, especially when his nerves got the better of him.
Mike always made Jack feel at ease and helped him build his confidence behind the wheel. His calm and encouraging approach made such a difference, and Jack genuinely enjoyed his lessons.

Honestly, an excellent driving instructor. He was really patient, supportive and made every lesson comfortable. He felt more like a friend than just an instructor, which made learning so much easier. He gave me the confidence I needed and helped me improve every step of the way. If it wasn’t for him, I genuinely don’t think I would’ve gotten my licence. Couldn’t recommend him enough!

Colin & Sonja were very experienced & understanding & I appreciated their guidance.
It would be fair to say, there were times when I became very frustrated, more so towards the end of my training during my assessments when I had difficulty passing.
I felt that I was doing every thing correctly, but soon come to relise that there were areas that I needed to improve on.
Without the guidance of Sonja with her positive attitude towards my driving ability, I had doubts if I would have every achieved getting my licence.

Matthew was recommended to me by Mike, also great instructor at Best West Driving School, and I completed a short (~5 lessons) refresher course with him to rebuild driving skills to change my overseas driving "habits". Refresher training is arguably harder than teaching from scratch - you're correcting old habits instead of building new ones - but Matthew handled it excellently. His patience and practical, easy-to-apply advice made a real difference. I'd rate the experience an easy 5+ and would recommend him without hesitation.

My instructor is very patient and responsible. And I can tell that she is a very experienced teacher as she can obverse and identify my problems while I wasn't conscious of them at all. She is also very considerate as she's willing to schedule her lessons around my schedule.

Matt was a great instructor to have after not driving for so long, he practically taught me how to drive from scratch as he fixed a lot of bad habits of mine and filled in a lot of gaps in my knowledge about how to drive a manual and follow road laws properly. Through the many hours I drove with matt he was always polite and helpful when I would make repeated mistakes. Matt is also a good person to talk to while you drive, overall 10 out of 10, would drive with again.

Adam is a really great motorcycle instructor - patient, calm, and understanding. He encouraged me when I needed a push and gave me the space I needed when I required more time. Charlie was the best instructor! Very flexible when it came to sorting out bookings and test dates at short notice. Very patient with my son and supportive when he didn't pass at first. I recently had 3 lessons with my driving instructor and just passed my PDA, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very first lesson, he made me feel comfortable and confident behind the wheel, even when I was nervous.
He explained everything clearly, stayed patient, and gave really helpful feedback that actually made a difference each time I drove. I never felt judged for making mistakes, instead, he focused on helping me improve and build my confidence.
Thanks to his guidance, I went into my PDA feeling prepared and only a little nervous , and I passed! I’d highly recommend him to anyone learning to drive, especially if you’re someone who gets anxious or needs that extra bit of support.

Matthew Paulin is a very good driving instructor. He explained everything clearly during the lessons, even though there was a language difference. He was patient, professional, and helped me understand each part of the driving process very well. Matthew was amazing. With only one short lesson prior to my test. He managed to supply me with all the important steps to safely drive and execute my tasks. Called me on the bad habits I'd adopted over the years, when I previously heldl a licence.
Coasting was my problem but each time he called me on it, keeping me aware, as I was clearly unaware.
I was stressed and anxious but within minutes with his instruction and guidance I calmed right down and was more relaxed.
Could not fault him and I passed which adds merit to all mentioned above

Choosing Hemni Liang as a driving instructor was easily the best decision for my progress. Having tried two other instructors previously, I found that Hemni’s teaching style is the only one that truly clicked for me. He is incredibly patient and has a way of explaining concepts calmly and clearly, which makes everything much easier to digest. What I appreciate most is that he doesn't overwhelm me with constant chatter; by not talking too much, he allows me to stay fully focused on the road while still being able to process his guidance. He creates a perfect learning environment that has built my confidence more than any other instructor could.

Grant is an excellent driving instructor with a strong ability to assess a student’s weaknesses and focus on improving them effectively. He helped my daughter with crucial lessons leading up to her Practical Driving Assessment at Joondalup, which made a real difference to her confidence and performance.
Grant was extremely patient, calm, and skilled in teaching correct road safety rules and safe driving habits. He was also very flexible with lesson timings and accommodated our schedule around the upcoming PDA, which helped us manage our calendar smoothly.
