Colin presents himself in a calm manner, as someone you could always talk to in a time of uncertainty on the road. If you do an action on the road and Collin instructs on how to properly do such action and you explain yourself and the reasoning behind such action, Colin is able to appreciate both sides of the story and he helps to clear up any misunderstandings that any learner has.
