I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Danny for all of his help and support throughout my driving lessons! I honestly couldn’t have gotten to where I am without his patience, encouragement and guidance. He always made me feel comfortable and confident behind the wheel, even when I was nervous or doubting myself. Passing my Ls is such an exciting achievement for me, and I’m so grateful that Danny was a part of that journey. I would 100% recommend him to anyone learning to drive — thank you so much, Danny!

Oh my days, where do I even begin?! Danny is a truly amazing instructor. His teaching style is excellent and very high quality. He explains things very clearly, actually cares whether you understand, and has top tier humour, making each lesson super enjoyable. I had an amazing experience learning to drive with Danny. He was super patient, calm, and explained everything clearly, which made me feel confident behind the wheel. Danny is a excellent instructor who helped me pass my test first time! He has all the answers and is easy going, giving you the time you need to succeed. He's very friendly and you can see he takes pride in his work, also has a new car which is very nice to drive and learn in. Wouldn't recommend anyone else!

To my amazing instructor, Danny — I passed my driving test today, and it’s all thanks to him! I honestly don’t think I could have done it without his guidance.
When I first started learning to drive with another company, I wasn’t improving at all and absolutely hated driving. Then, on a friend’s recommendation, I switched to Best West Driving School and met Danny. From my very first lesson with him, everything changed.
Lesson by lesson, my driving skills improved so much, and I actually started to enjoy being behind the wheel. Every session, I could feel myself becoming more confident, skilled, and most importantly, safe on the road.
I’m truly grateful for his patience, professionalism, and encouragement. Thank you so much, Danny!

Danny has been a massive help with me getting comfortable with driving and trusting my ability when I doubted myself.
I recommend Danny to anyone starting out lessons as he is kind, honest, and a very knowledgeable instructor.

I can’t recommend Danny highly enough! From day one, he brought a ton of personality, positivity, and encouragement into every lesson. Learning to drive can be stressful, but with Danny's support and calm, friendly approach, I always felt comfortable and confident behind the wheel.
Danny’s instructions were clear, practical, and tailored to my pace. He genuinely cared about helping me improve, always pointing out areas for growth in a constructive way, and celebrating every small win along the journey.
Thanks to Danny’s guidance and patience, I was able to pass my driving test at the Joondalup Driving Centre. He didn’t just teach me how to pass the test—he taught me how to be a safe, confident, and responsible driver.

After successfully getting one teenager daughter through her test just two weeks ago, Danny Iwanek has now successfully got our other teenage daughter through her test!
Danny!! What have you done? Two red p platers in the house! Gawd help us. We’re never going to see the car again!
Seriously though… Danny is a great instructor. Both our girls were immediately at ease under his guidance and they’ll miss the humour he injects into his lessons. Thankyou Danny! They’re both great drivers.

Highly recommend Danny Iwanek!
We had two teenagers learning to drive at the same time, and Danny has been teaching both of our girls over the past few months. One of them passed her test just yesterday, and the other is due to take hers in a couple of weeks.
They’ve both thoroughly enjoyed their lessons with Danny. His friendly, approachable manner and great sense of humour helped put them at ease and made the whole experience enjoyable. We couldn’t be happier with their progress and the confidence they’ve gained under his guidance.

Danny was an absolute life saver! After 7 years of failing tests due to anxiety, I’ve finally passed the PDA with his help. He’s a very kind and understanding guy and has helped with my anxiety & confidence a lot.
I’d say I’ve tried every driving school in the northern suburbs, and by far best experience has been here with Danny.

I cannot begin to even describe how amazing Danny was as my driving instructor. Danny consistently showed high levels of professionalism, dedication and commitment and was constantly looking for methods to teach me how to drive. Danny always made me feel safe in the car and I would recommend Danny as a driving instructor again and again. I was on my Learners for 4 months before passing my PDA and I would not have been able to do it without him.

Danny was a great instructor, who was calm and helped Alex to relax.
On test day Alex was extremely nervous, Danny calmed him down and Alex passed his test with flying colours.

Danny took my son Ollie for driving lessons and showed an empathetic and professional approach at all times . Apart from being a lovely person he is well experienced and extremely knowledgeable with all driving skills and what’s required to pass a test on the roads. For years I had anxiety about driving a car, but I decided I’d knuckle down and go for my license as I had a baby on the way!
I had half a dozen driving lessons prior to going for a PDA. Danny was perfect and very talented when it came to explaining everything from inside to outside of the car.
My confidence grew rapidly as the lessons came around, even after not succeeding my first PDA. But come the second time around I passed and couldn’t be more happier with the outcome.
10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone. Cheers Danny!

Danny is a good driving instructor. He has some really helpful tips to help with manoeuvres. He is also a really nice guy, he really helped me when he could see I was really stressed. However, he is really popular so it is very hard to find a booking, he also isn't available on Sundays or on weekdays after 4:30 which makes it quite hard for a student who is at school all day to find a booking. He also did have to get me to reschedule my bookings a few times (about 3 times) because of personal events that he forgot about. His car did also have a problem with the automatic clutch for a while, however, it is fixed now. Overall, he is a pretty good instructor who got me to pass my test on my 3rd go. Thanks Danny!
