I would like to express my gratitude to Vincent for being such a patient and supportive driving instructor. I came into my lessons with trauma and fear of driving on main roads, but Vincent helped me regain my confidence and overcome that fear. He consistently motivates and encourages you to believe in yourself, which truly makes a difference. He is calm, understanding, and knows how to handle situations when you feel overwhelmed or struggle with instructions. His patience in teaching someone with very little driving knowledge is exceptional. I’m very grateful for his guidance and highly recommend him as a driving instructor.

Vincent Zheng is an amazing instructor and I highly recommend him for new learners or anyone who may be neurodivergent. Vincent listened to my boundaries and respected them. He has always treated me with respect and dignity and he has incredible communication skills, he openly gives advice on driving and where I needed to do better and gave me great explanation on what I did wrong then he would ran over it again the help me correct my mistakes. He also openly tells me when I'm going a good job instead of staying quite like other instructors. Vincent has always made me feel safe and confident in a vehicle with him and I really appreciate that as a young woman. With Vincent as my instructor I feel confident that I will be able to get my full driver's licence.

Vincent Zheng is an amazing instructor. Without his expertise, kindness and direction I don’t think I would’ve passed my PDA. He worked through the flaws in my driving thoroughly and reminded me to have confidence. Vincent wasn’t really in my area but still chose to come to my suburb to have lessons with me and I am so grateful. Biggest thank you to Vincent for all his help, and if anyone is wondering if they should book with him, YES you should!

Vincent would often not listen to my questions or assume what I'm saying and give an over-simplified, drawn-out answer to a question I didn't ask. This would persist despite me trying to clarify "that's not what I asked". At some points he started ignoring my questions, as there was conflict (and belittling) around me "talking too much, like an old man." On numerous occasions Vincent went on his phone and gave me the silent treatment to convey that he was ignoring my question. I often would not be able to make out the words he's saying as I found difficulty understanding his accent, but he would ignore my questions or get agitated when I ask for clarification. In response to his complaining about my questions, I asked what I should do when I do not understand his instruction. He simply replied that "You do understand, I give simple instruction." As simple as an instruction may be, sometimes I just can't make out the words that he is saying. Also I don't know what "meow meow meow" is supposed to mean in the context of reverse parking. At some point we were doing a reverse park in a busy parking lot. During this, he refused to answer when I was asking if we were doing a three point turn or parking. Instead of telling me what we were doing he gave specific instructions such as 'turn right/left'. The issue with this was when we're reversing, sometimes he'd mean turn the wheel left, other times he'd mean turn the car left - those two being opposite instructions. When I ask for clarification all he'd do is repeat his instruction to turn left/right, making it a null instruction, thus my confusion on what we're even trying to do. I requested that he'd give me the space to make small mistakes and notice them myself, as usually when I'd make a mistake he would stop and give me a long-winded explanation on WHY what I was doing was impractical/dangerous when I already agree that I made a mistake - he treats my mistakes like they're intentional. I would also explain my think
